Worker Earnings & Terms

Earnings
  • £75 per farm you onboard
  • Up to £150/month per farm when subscribers join
  • With 30–50 farms you can earn £4,500–£7,500/month
Work
  • Visit farms
  • Film 10–30 sec videos
  • Take simple photos
  • Help farmers activate subscriptions & experiences
  • Reach out to farmers online too (calls, messages, social media)
  • Use your referral code for tracking
  • Be friendly and professional at all times
Payments
  • Automatic weekly payouts
  • Paid via Revolut (required)
Tax
  • You work as a self-employed contractor
  • You are responsible for your own tax reporting (see gov.uk)
Agreement
  • By applying, you accept: the commission structure
  • The £150/month per-farm cap
  • Weekly automatic Revolut payouts
  • Self-employed tax responsibility
  • Professional conduct with farmers
